Church Staff

Aaron Ledford currently serves as the Administrative Pastor. Aaron came to Temple as the Music and Education Minister in November 2007. Aaron received an Associate of Arts, Music Emphasis from Central Bapti st College and a Bachelor of Music Education from Dallas Baptist University. Dr. Joel Slayton serves as the Teaching Pastor. Dr. Slayton first came to Temple in June 2010 to serve as Interim Pastor. In addition to his duties at the church, Dr. Slayton is the Bible Department Chair at Central Baptist College in Conway, AR. Joel and his wife Diane live in Conway close to their two adult children and grandchildren.

Paige Mann serves as our Administrative Assistant/Financial Analyst. She served previously at Temple for seven years prior to moving to the Memphis area for five years where she was senior accountant at Germantown Baptist Church. Paige has a bachelor’s degree from Northeast Louisiana University. She and her husband, Greg, have three children: Jessica, Alec and Ryan.You can email Paige at pmann@tbclr.org.

Delos Wood became Temple’s maintenance supervisor November 1991. Delos attended Central Baptist College and worked with Safeway Retail Stores for 15 years before coming to Temple. He works with our custodial crew to make sure our facilities, grounds and vehicles are ready for use each week. He and his wife, Sherry, have a son, Jared (wife-Erin).
