Church Staff

Aaron Ledford has served as the Music and Education Minister since November 2007. Aaron received an Associate of Arts, Music Emphasis from Central Baptist College and a Bachelor of Music Education from Dallas Baptist University. Before coming to Temple Aaron ministered at Rivercrest Baptist Church in Allen, TX, First Baptist Church in Galena, KS, and Calvary Baptist Church in Vidalia, LA. Aaron is the worship leader for Fragile Stone a band which performs throughout the southern states at youth events and outdoor festivals.
In addition to serving in church ministry, Aaron has served as a classroom music teacher and private music instructor. Aaron met his wife, Karice while attending Dallas Baptist University where she also received a music degree. Aaron and Karice are the proud parents of their cat, Merlin, and their dog, Lucy. Paige Mann serves as our Administrative Assistant/Financial Analyst. She served previously at Temple for seven years prior to moving to the Memphis area for five years where she was senior accountant at Germantown Baptist Church. Paige has a bachelor’s degree from Northeast Louisiana University. She and her husband, Greg, have three children: Jessica, Alec and Ryan. They are members of First Baptist Church, Benton, AR. Delos Wood became Temple’s maintenance supervisor November 1991. Delos attended Central Baptist College and worked with Safeway Retail Stores for 15 years before coming to Temple. He works with our custodial crew to make sure our facilities, grounds and vehicles are ready for use each week. He and his wife, Sherry, have a son, Jared (wife-Erin).
